Dear Friend,
I have stumbled upon a
small quantity of cool car gadgets, which can improve your car’s fuel
efficiency. It is called the Mileage Clinic and it is a precision vacuum
gauge designed many years ago for RV’s and motor homes.
What
it does is monitor your cars intake manifold pressure aka vacuum. With a
little background knowledge of how your car operates and this vacuum
gauge, the driver can monitor how much fuel the car is using. This becomes
invaluable when selecting gears, accelerating, and cruising. These are
cheap tools to save at the pump in almost any car, plus it includes all
the necessary hardware complete with “wood grain” bezel.

With
prices of gasoline continuing to rise, everyone wants a more efficient
car, right? What most motorists overlook is how much driving patterns
actually effect the efficiency of your car. For months I have been
examining gas saving measures and techniques. Seen below is the gaslog for
my daily driver (A cheap 191k Mile 92 Civic – Bone Stock). Since this
data, my car has been getting 40-42 MPG reliably for many tanks.
