Often when using aftermarket wheel and tire packages the inner fender clearance is less than ideal. After years of scraping tires and rubbing fenders I decided a proper fix was in order. After a couple attempts at the "baseball bat" rolling I was less than impressed. Eventually I broke down and purchased the right tool for the job. For a small charge i would like to share this tool with other enthusiasts.
